Welcome to Anzevia! Here’s everything you need to know about how we ship your orders.
1. Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1-3 business days (Monday to Saturday, excluding holidays).
During peak seasons (festivals, sale periods), processing time may take up to 5 business days.
Once your order is processed, we’ll send you a confirmation email with tracking details (if applicable).
2. Shipping Methods & Delivery Times
We offer the following shipping options:

3. Shipping Rates
Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your location, order weight, and shipping method.
We may offer free shipping on orders above a certain amount — when applicable, this will be displayed at checkout.
For any heavy or bulky orders (if applicable for your products), additional shipping charges may apply.
4. Shipping Destinations
We currently ship to: Surat, Gujarat.
If you live outside these regions, please contact us to check if we can ship to you (or to discuss custom shipping arrangements).
5. Customs, Duties & Taxes
For international orders: please note that import duties, taxes, or fees may apply depending on your country’s regulations. These charges are the customer’s responsibility.
We recommend checking with your local customs office for more details before placing an order.
6. Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, we will provide a tracking number (if available) via email.
You can use this tracking number to monitor your shipment on the courier’s website.
Please allow up to 24-48 hours for the tracking information to be updated after dispatch.
7. Shipping Issues / Damages
On delivery, please check your package immediately. If the parcel is visibly damaged, you may refuse to accept it.
If you accept the package but later find that the items are damaged, missing, or wrong, contact us within 7 days of delivery Contact Us. Please include your order number and photos of the issue so we can help resolve it.
We will work with the courier to investigate and, if required, ship a replacement or issue a refund (in accordance with our Return Policy).
8. Returns & Exchanges Related to Shipping

For items being returned or exchanged, the customer is responsible for shipping the item back to us, unless the return is due to our error (damaged/wrong item).
