Standard shipping takes 5-7 business days within the continental US. Express shipping (2-3 business days) and next-day delivery options are also available at checkout. International shipping times vary by destination, typically 10-15 business days.
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes! We offer free standard shipping on all orders over $150 within the US. For orders under $150, a flat rate of $8.95 applies. Free shipping promotions are also offered during special events—subscribe to our newsletter to stay updated.
Can I track my order?
Absolutely. Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can track your package in real-time through the carrier's website or by logging into your ANZEVIA account.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship to select international destinations. Shipping costs and delivery times vary by location. International customers are responsible for any customs duties or import taxes that may apply.
Returns & Exchanges
What is your return policy?
We want you to love your purchase! Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery for unworn, unwashed items with original tags attached. Items must be in their original condition to receive a full refund.
How do I initiate a return or exchange?
Log into your account and navigate to "Order History." Select the order you'd like to return, choose your items, and follow the prompts. You'll receive a prepaid return label via email. Package your items securely and drop them off at any authorized carrier location.
Are sale items returnable?
Final sale items are marked as such at checkout and are not eligible for returns or exchanges. However, regular sale items can be returned within our standard 30-day return window.
How long do refunds take?
Once we receive your return, please allow 5-7 business days for inspection and processing. Refunds are issued to the original payment method and may take an additional 3-5 business days to appear in your account.
