1. Return Eligibility
– You can request a return within 7 days of delivery.
– Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging with all tags attached.
– Return not accepted for innerwear, accessories, or items marked as Final Sale.
2. Return Process
1. Email us at support@anzevia.com with your order number and reason for return.
2. Our team will confirm eligibility and guide you through the return process.
3. Once approved, you can ship the product back to us or request pickup (if available in your area).
3. Refunds
– Refunds are issued once we receive and inspect the returned item.
– The amount will be refunded to your original payment method within 7–10 working days.
– Shipping charges are non-refundable.
4. Exchanges
If you wish to exchange an item for a different size or color, please mention it in your return request. Exchanges depend on stock availability.
5. Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or wrong product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with a photo. We’ll replace it or issue a full refund.
Exchange and replacements will be delivered within 5-7 business days.
